Dr. William H. Snow
Dr. William H. Snow, a retired Army Colonel, received his BA and MA from Pacific Lutheran University and PhD from the University of Washington. Prior to joining Palo Alto University, Dr. Snow served at Bethany University for over 25 years where he was Professor of Psychology, Director of Institutional Research, Vice President for Academics and Chair of the Department of Psychology. Dr. Snow’s early research was on behavioral health promotion with children and adolescents, while current research is on how leader decision-making and actions positively or negatively impacts the wellbeing of individuals and organizations.

Jared W. Snow
Jared W. Snow holds a BA in Organizational Management with a focus on Project Management from Ashford University and an MBA from Liberty University. He is an experienced Project Manager and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Jared experienced leadership roles early in life becoming an Executive Chef by the time he was 21 and leading teams of up to 100 personnel. Currently leading teams with various specialties, Jared is a Company Commander (Captain) in the National Guard and is an experienced non-profit board of director’s member. His current projects focus on individual and organizational leadership development, coaching, and mentorship. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Business Administration from George Fox University and his current research project is on the effects of cross-functional knowledge on the success of a leader’s transition to new industry.
